Expenses for abortion, voluntary termination of pregnancy, or reproductive complications are not covered. This includes pregnancy-related expenses like caesarean sections.

The cost of spectacles, contact lenses, hearing aids, and artificial dental equipment is not covered.

Beneficiaries already benefiting from Mahatma Phule Jan Arogya Yojana, Ayushman Bharat Yojana, or the Chief Minister's Assistance Fund will not receive additional benefits from this scheme. If the benefits from these schemes are less than those offered by Atma Malik Arogya Suraksha Yojana, the remaining amount will be paid from the scheme.

Plan Premium (Annual):

Saints, Sadhaks, Devotees, and other persons: 2500/- per person
Trustees and other persons: 7500/- per family
Teachers and staff: 1500/- per person
Teachers and staff families: 5000/- per family
Students (Kokamthan Shai Complex only): 1000/- per student

This scheme defines "family" as self, spouse, two children, and parents of employees (up to 6 persons).
